Item Name: Arael, Relic belonging to the Noino Meaditna Theocracy Item Type: Weapon Item Rank: Relic Description: This weapon will never spill the blood of those who are pure of guile and corruption, anyone the tries to do so will find the blade will always stop short of striking against such individuals. People with intention to harm or cause distress to someone or something, however, will find that this weapon is plenty happy to slice them to pieces.
This weapon seems to be from a forgotten Nation.. It is most definitely a variety of Curved sword, but its blade is thin and only a few degrees off from being straight (an Uchigatana).
"Arael" literally translates to mean "Light of God" or "Vision of God." A well suited name since whoever is holding it can see the movements of the wicked as long as they are within 10 meters.. This includes behind cover and in other rooms, but usually the vision highlights their location with a light silhouette. The vision is based on what direction the sword is pointed, if you are looking the same direction as where it is pointed, your full field of vision benefits. Otherwise you would notice a somewhat cone shape to the vision.
because innocent and wicked are broad terms, could you give a description of what the sword itself considers to be a innocent and what it considers to be a wicked soul please

"Wicked" refers to someone of malicious desire/intentions
Yes, I do understand that but, the viewpoint could be very broad. I'm assuming the sword beleives that traditionally evil people such as murderers, rapists, ect are "wicked" but, where does wicked and innocent draw the line? Thieves? Adulterers? Cheats?
Does the sword itself have a ingrained idea/system of how it determines someone is wicked or is based on whether the users perception of someone is wicked?
Now you say your definition of wicked is "someone with malicious desire/intent. Is that torward the sword wielder or having a malicious desire or intent at just anyone?
As for Nobody: as the description implies, "Arael" translates to "Light of God" or "Vision of God".. If you need to ask by what means the Weapon knows the difference of good and bad.. Then maybe you need to remember its a holy weapon.
(Not being salty: just trying to spell out that its the God(s) of Trinor that determine what is good and bad)
(App was edited to change the field of vision to the cone of view of where the sword is pointed.)
(Approval Clause: As this is a very powerful ability, if me or Silver find it to be abused or in question of being abused, it will be unapproved and discussed)
