Capital Rubrum

The Capital City of Rubrum consists of three layers, the first of which is a mostly residential zone in the lowland plains with some merchants with victorian architecture and two natural rivers running through the first layer, and has a number of minor temples to Vithesis. The second layer stands on the feet of a hill andconsists of the manors and estates of nobles along with the headquarters of the Inqusition and the Grand Cathedral of Vithesis. The final layer stands at the top of the hill and is the smallest, consisting of royal guard barracks and the Rubrum Royal Palace. The capital is surrounded by walls of hardened marble, and bear a lighting system that uses dams to gather natural electricity and power both the street-lamps as well as a tramway system.
